Accounting Bookkeeper or Accounting Specialist

Job Description Job Description Salary Depends on Experience! We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper or Accounting Specialist to join our fast-paced, growing wholesale and retail organization. In this role, you will manage comprehensive bookkeeping​ and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel, including transaction recording, account reconciliations, and ​assisting with quarterly financial reports.​ We are fun to work with!

Responsibilities: - Record daily activity, including customer payments, accounts payable, shipping invoices, and vendor credits. - Regularly reconcile bank statements, inventory, and accounts. - Assist with quarterly financial reports for management. - Maintain organized financial data and documentation. - Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience. ​- Inventory experience is a must. - Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel. - Extensive experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication. - An Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
