Job Description Job Description Salary Depends on Experience! We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper or Accounting Specialist to join our fast-paced, growing wholesale and retail organization. In this role, you will manage comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel, including transaction recording, account reconciliations, and assisting with quarterly financial reports. We are fun to work with!
Responsibilities: - Record daily activity, including customer payments, accounts payable, shipping invoices, and vendor credits. - Regularly reconcile bank statements, inventory, and accounts. - Assist with quarterly financial reports for management. - Maintain organized financial data and documentation. - Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience. - Inventory experience is a must. - Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel. - Extensive experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication. - An Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
