Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS INCLUED, BUT NOT LLIMITED TOO: - Administration of bi-weekly payrolls -Timely and accurately process payroll for fluctuating workforce of full time and part time employees (tipped and non-tipped) using Paylocity and Toast - Prepare and distribute standard and custom payroll reports - Review, process and reconcile time off request and accumulated PTO - Work with our payroll provider to reconcile tax inquiries and / or discrepancies - Interact daily in a professional manner with all levels of employees to address wages and benefits - Assist employees in request for employment and payroll documents - Assist A/P Specialist with processing invoices - Daily maintenance and reconciliation of events & catering sales - Assist accounting and & HR teams with miscellaneous daily, weekly and monthly tasks - Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance, and take prompt corrective action where necessary - Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictates REQUIREMENTS - Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred - Minimum 3 years of payroll experience (including 1 year in full service, tipped restaurants) - Strong analytical skills, computer proficiency and technical aptitude: Microsoft 365 (including Excel) and Google Suite - Experience with HR information systems (Paylocity is a plus) - Ability to handle stress of multitasking in high volume and multiunit environment - Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision: self-motivated and anticipate needs of business - Fluency in Spanish a Plus
