Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for an Accounting Clerk position in Boucherville, QC.

Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Permanent, full-time (on-site)
Role Overview
You will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations, handling both accounts receivable and payable, while assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable (invoicing, payments, collections)
- Follow up with clients via email and phone
- Prepare reports related to sales and payments
- Manage accounts payable (validation, coding, payments)
- Respond to internal inquiries related to accounting
- Assist management with various administrative and accounting tasks
Requirements
- Experience in accounting or a similar role
- Bilingual (French and English – spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel required
- Organized, detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
