Job Description
Responsibilities
- Technical accounting at real depth Prepare and own financial statements under US GAAP, with IFRS alignment where required. Exercise judgment on revenue recognition, consolidation, and intercompany flows in a context where the reporting framework evolves constantly as we acquire and integrate new businesses.
- Financial planning and control Produce reporting that drives decisions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams on budget management, and ensure fiscal policies hold up as the business scales.
- Audit and controls Build and improve internal controls, and facilitate external and internal audits with real ownership over how financial integrity is structured.
- Equity plans Manage and optimize equity plans—implement, support team members on an ongoing basis, and evolve the program as it grows.
