Key Responsibilities Technical Accounting Expertise: Research and interpret complex accounting issues, providing guidance on GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements to ensure best-in-class financial reporting.
SEC Reporting Support: Participate in the preparation and review of external reporting, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with teams such as Legal and Investor Relations to deliver clear, accurate, and compelling financial disclosures. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process enhancements, leveraging automation and technology to increase efficiency and accuracy. Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on emerging accounting standards and regulatory updates, proactively adapting processes as needed. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA certification strongly preferred 2–3 years of experience in public accounting Exposure to SEC reporting is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong organizational and analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
