The Opportunity

The Accounting Manager will play a critical leadership role in supporting the continued growth and evolution of the accounting function. This individual will help drive operational excellence, enhance accounting processes, and contribute to building a more sophisticated, scalable, and high-performing accounting and financial reporting organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and help optimize the monthly close process
• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across AP, AR, and cost accounting
• Enhance accounting processes, controls, and overall reporting excellence
• Partner closely with leadership to support the continued growth and sophistication of the accounting function

Ideal Candidate Profile

• ~4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong G/L accounting experience
• Industry experience in manufacturing preferred
• Exposure to cost accounting and inventory environments
• Strong process improvement mindset
• Leadership capability and desire to grow into broader responsibilities
