Accounting Manager

Director – Finance & Accounting

Hybrid role at StevenDouglas.

Base Pay Range

$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, journal entries
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• Implement process improvements and efficiencies across accounting workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA-track preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2+ years in supervisory role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
