About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Accounts & Finance Executive to strengthen our internal financial control and reporting systems. This role focuses on business finance, cash flow management, and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & MIS • Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial summaries • Track project-wise profitability (Revenue vs Cost vs Margin) • Maintain financial dashboards for management review

2. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management • Monitor daily cash flow position and forecasts • Track receivables and payables • Highlight potential cash gaps and delays

3. Billing & Collection Tracking • Coordinate with internal teams for timely billing • Track collections, outstanding receivables, and aging reports • Support follow-ups for overdue payments

4. Cost Monitoring & Control • Analyze project costs vs budget • Identify cost overruns and inefficiencies • Assist in improving project margins

5. Vendor & Purchase Coordination • Verify vendor invoices against POs and actual usage • Track vendor payments and outstanding balances • Ensure financial discipline in procurement

6. Coordination with External CA • Support CA with data for GST, TDS, and ITR filings • Ensure alignment between internal MIS and statutory books

7. Monthly Management Review • Prepare and present financial insights to leadership • Highlight risks, trends, and improvement areas

Key Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com preferred) • 2–5 years of experience in accounts, MIS, or finance roles • Strong proficiency in MS Excel • Understanding of project accounting or service industry preferred • Good analytical and presentation skills
