Position: Sr. Executive/Associate Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize sales and purchase order (PO) records, ensuring all related documentation is accurately maintained and updated.
• Handle invoice processing, including issuance, verification, and tracking of sales, raw material, and packing material invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Manage the end-to-end purchase process, from purchase requisition to purchase payment, while coordinating with internal departments and vendors.
• Record and monitor daily banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, and perform regular bank reconciliations with ledger entries.
• Conduct expense verification, analysis, and payment processing in accordance with company policies.
• Manage GST-related activities, including preparation and filing of GST returns and maintaining proper statutory records to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate accounting records through SAP and Tally entries as per assigned roles and responsibilities.
• Track collections, maintain updated collection data, and coordinate with relevant teams for payment follow-ups and status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and financial records.
• Support overall finance and accounts operations, including preparation of reports, FND processes, trust accounting activities, and other tasks assigned by management.

Education Qualifications: Graduation mandatory- B.Com/M.Com
