Maya Del Sol and affiliated concepts are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support our finance and operations team. This is a part-time role (approximately 15–25 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow as responsibilities expand across multiple concepts. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, organizing documentation, and supporting monthly accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities: Enter vendor invoices that do not automatically import into Restaurant365 Log into vendor and utility accounts (ComEd, Peoples Gas, AT&T, Waste Management, etc.) to retrieve monthly invoices Review and reconcile liquor invoices to ensure accuracy with system imports Organize, scan, and maintain digital records of invoices and financial documents Assist in preparing and organizing invoices for payment (ACH and check) Maintain accurate filing systems for paid invoices and monthly statements Organize Fintech statements alongside corresponding invoices Support year-end organization and archiving of vendor records What We’re Looking For: Highly detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working with multiple systems, logins, and documents Ability to manage repetitive processes with consistency and accuracy Prior administrative or accounting support experience preferred Experience with Restaurant365 or similar systems is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Part-time hourly role (approx. 20 hours/week) Compensation: $20++/hour depending on relevant experience and performance Flexible scheduling within standard business hours 401(k) and health insurance options available More detail about Maya Del Sol part of Maya Hospitality, please visit https://culinaryagents.com/entities/3142-Maya-Del-Sol
