Administrative Associate - Medical - TalentZok

Immediate opening for a Bilingual Administrative Associate-Medical in Lake Elsinore, CA who possesses:

• Bilingual Spanish is required
• Minimum 2 years of Medical office experience
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Experience with handling confidential files
• Experience with scheduling appointments & Referrals
• Must have a valid CA. drivers license

FULL DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain patient records/files
• Assisting with scheduling appointments
• Data Entry using excel
• Front and back office administrative duties
• Answering phone-Multi -line system

Requirements:

• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skill
• Basic computer software knowledge MS Excel
• Experience with scheduling appointments
• 2 years minimum of medical office experience
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Must have valid CA DL, and basic automobile insurance
• Must be able to pass live scan DOJ
• Part-time: 20-30 hours a week
