Job Title: Admin Executive (Data Management & Excel)
Location: Indore
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: INR 15,000 – 25,000 per month (Depending on qualification & experience)
About the Role
We are hiring a highly organized and self-driven Admin Executive who can independently manage administrative, data, and documentation tasks end-to-end. This is not a passive support role. The position requires strong ownership, precision, and the ability to work within structured SOPs while continuously improving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage all administrative, data, and documentation operations
- Maintain, update, and analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets with high accuracy
- Create trackers, reports, summaries, and dashboards for management review
- Review, organize, and manage mortgage and financial documentation with attention to compliance and detail
- Support application capture, submissions, and condition tracking using internal tools and mortgage software (e.g., Velocity)
- Handle official emails, documentation, and basic scheduling
- Ensure 100% accuracy, consistency, and error-free workflows
- Follow company SOPs strictly and identify process gaps for improvement
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and support agents through structured updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, and MS Office
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- High typing speed with strong accuracy
- Proficient in numerical handling, financial summaries, and basic calculations
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of documentation-heavy processes (mortgage/financial preferred)
- Comfortable using and quickly adapting to internal tools and software
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar (mandatory)
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently without hand-holding
