Job Description
Andreis Financial is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Administrative Assistant to support our financial advisors with day-to-day administrative and client service operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in a professional, client-focused financial services environment. A current Ontario securities license is required for this position.
Experience with the Manulife Securities CIRO (formerly IIROC) platform is considered an asset, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to licensed insurance and securities advisors.
- Maintain and update client files in accordance with Ontario regulatory, compliance, and privacy standards.
- Prepare, process, and track investment and financial documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Schedule client appointments and manage advisor calendars.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email.
- Support adherence to FSRA and CIRO regulatory guidelines.
- Handle sensitive client information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Contribute to office organization and help improve internal workflows and operational systems.
Licensing and Experience
- An active Ontario securities license (e.g., CSC, CPH + required Manulife Securities approvals) is required.
- Familiarity with the Manulife Securities CIRO/IIROC platform is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in financial services, investments, and administrative support. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of client confidentiality, privacy legislation, and Ontario compliance requirements.
