L'Émérite de Brossard is a warm and welcoming residence that is pleased to host over 260 independent and semi-independent residents. Located in a prime location, in the heart of a residential area very close to the Dix30 district.
Permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week, daytime hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., working days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative tasks (be comfortable with Excel Word) Assist the immediate superior and other team members in daily and administrative tasks Keep the various registers up to date Participate in any other related task required by your immediate superior Perform accounting data entries (process accounts payable, receivable, etc.) Respond to requests from residents and their families Administration Act as coordinator for special projects Distribute notices to residents Ensure that partner files are compliant with coporate standards Follow up on dossiers, monitor schedules, issue reminders and obtain requested information in a timely manner in keeping with established time limits Research, collect and compile information for reports and transmit to all vested parties Support the general manager in his duties Work in Microsoft Excel to update data Writing letters/documents and performing other clerical tasks EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: A DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or clerical work 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset) Good sense of interpersonal communication BENEFITS: Salary to be discussed Free parking Referral Program Possibility of advancement Sick days and time off for family obligations Vacation Employee Assistance Program Meals available on site Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts Consistent schedule Welcome and integration Program A welcoming and tight-knit team!
