With your personable approach, you will enjoy professionally greeting clients/guests, answering and directing calls, and providing overall administrative support to the team. As a professional Administrative Assistant, you will be a self-starter who thrives on staying organized, booking meetings, assisting the finance and accounting team, and supporting the CEO where needed.
Your role will involve working with both external and internal stakeholders. Effective communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to other software as needed. A background in finance or accounting would be an asset, as you will be supporting the finance and accounting team administratively.
