(Pensacola, FL; Millington, TN; Belle Chasse, LA; Milton, FL; Gulfport, MS; Meridian, MS; Panama City, FL)Tentative Start Date: 1 April 2026Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, clinic hours vary by location (generally between 0700–1530/1600/1800); No weekends, no holidays, no teleworkNo. of FTEs Required: 23 FTENBHC Naval Support Activity (NSA) Mid-South, Millington, TN 38054 (4 FTE) (Clinic Hrs: 0700–1600)NBHC NATTC, Pensacola, FL 32508 (2 FTE) (Clinic Hrs: 0700–1530)NBHC NAS JRB, Belle Chasse / New Orleans, LA 70143 (5 FTE) (Clinic Hrs: 0700–1600)NBHC Corry Station, Pensacola, FL 32507 (2 FTE) (Clinic Hrs: 0700–1530)NBHC NAS Whiting Field, Milton, FL 32570 (2 FTE) (Clinic Hrs: 0700–1600)NBHC Gulfport, Gulfport, MS 39501 (4 FTE) (Clinic Hrs: 0700–1800)NBHC Meridian, Meridian, MS 39309 (2 FTE) (Clinic Hrs: 0700–1600)NBHC NAS Pensacola, Pensacola, FL 32508 (1 FTE) (Clinic Hrs: 0700–1530)NBHC Panama City, Panama City, FL 32407 (1 FTE) (Clinic Hrs: 0700–1600)Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED), with demonstrated expertise through a combination of education and relevant experience.Experience: A minimum of 12 months of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a healthcare, clinical, or medical office environment.Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including the ability to edit, develop, and reformat complex documents, graphics, tables, and spreadsheets.Experience performing administrative support functions within a multi-provider or clinic-based setting.License / Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or Red Cross, non–web-based)Other Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support services in support of the Medical Home Port / Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model at Naval Hospital Pensacola and assigned branch health clinics.Perform clerical and administrative functions supporting daily clinic operations, including preparation, review, and maintenance of administrative documents and records.Collect, compile, edit, analyze, and present administrative and operational data as required by clinic leadership.Develop, edit, and maintain lengthy and complex reports, including those requiring the use of multiple software applications.Compose correspondence from draft to final version in both electronic and hard-copy formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness.General medical terminology, telephone etiquette, excellent communications and customer service skills.Utilize standard office equipment and automation systems, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and telephone systems, to provide comprehensive administrative support.Demonstrate effective teamwork, software proficiency, oral communication, and customer service skills when interacting with clinic staff, patients, and stakeholders.Apply general medical terminology appropriately and maintain professional telephone etiquette in support of clinic administrative functions.Coordinate administrative supply actions by researching products, preparing requests, and submitting documentation through Government-designated material management processes.Safeguard protected health information (PHI) and sensitive administrative data in accordance with HIPAA, DHA, and MTF policies.Comply with all MTF-specific administrative procedures, required training, and non-personal services boundaries applicable to the place of performance.Prime Physicians is a physician-led, The Joint Commission (TJC) Accredited, ISO 9001 certified and CMMI Level 3 appraised organization.
