The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including preparing and scheduling work orders, submitting warranty, ordering and receiving of parts, paperwork filing, .
Key duties include, managing phone inquiries with professionalism, and maintaining organized records and schedules.
