With decades of experience and a forward-thinking approach, we partner with businesses and professionals to deliver growth, expertise, and seamless hiring solutions Key Responsibilities Reviewing and screening CVs for IT roles (e.g. developers, infrastructure, cloud, support) Matching candidate skills and experience to specific technical job requirements Formatting and submitting CVs to clients in a professional and timely manner Coordinating interviews, including scheduling and sending interview invitations Managing candidate communication before and after interviews Handling inbox management and responding to emails efficiently Maintaining regular contact with existing candidates and contractors Updating and maintaining accurate records on the CRM/ATS system Supporting consultants with administrative and resourcing tasks Tracking candidate pipelines and updating internal systems Ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and documentation Manage administrative tasks Skills & Experience Previous experience in IT/Technology recruitment (agency or in-house) is essential Strong understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and terminology Experience reviewing technical CVs and identifying relevant skillsets Familiarity with recruitment CRM/ATS systems Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates Desirable Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Knowledge of contract and permanent IT recruitment processes Understanding of compliance requirements within recruitment What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Career progression within a growing IT recruitment business Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing training and development
