Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and service-driven individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to Head Chef Oscar Torres. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats across front-of-house coordination and back-of-house support.
This position blends administrative responsibilities, guest-facing communication, and kitchen team support, making it a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an innovative restaurant setting. Please note that transportation is required for this role, as it does involve going on runs (mileage cost covered).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations, guest communications, and special requests with professionalism and warmth
- Provide direct administrative support to the Head Chef, including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination
- Assist with menu documentation, inventory tracking, and vendor communication
- Support kitchen operations as needed
- Coordinate internal communications between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

- Interest in hospitality, food, and culinary operations
