Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing documents, maintaining records, overseeing clerical duties, and assisting executives with their schedules and communications.
The selected candidate will communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational support for the organization. Qualifications Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks, including document organization and records management Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and scheduling support for executives Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
