Position SummaryThe Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support to two attorneys in a fastpaced law firm environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and very comfortable communicating with clients and internal team members.
Marketing and/or sales experience is a plus, as a critical part of the role entails client and potential client outreach to support the firms growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Intake Support & Communication Assist with screening inquiries, scheduling consultations, and ensuring smooth handoff to attorneys.Data Entry and Management Maintain client databases (including tracking leads and client communications), update case management systems, and ensure accurate data entries.Miscellaneous Conduct case research, prepare summaries, and support special projects as needed.QualificationsPrior administrative experience preferred, marketing and/or sales experience a plus.Comfortable with clientfacing interactions and outreach.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and data management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysRetirement plan options recblid olu189acrfky9pl0pafpoep3y49rkw
