Through both our ZenaDrone and Drone as a Service subsidiaries, we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries for drone innovation across sectors and applications such as surveying, inspections, maintenance, agriculture and more.
This role is part of our Corporate Development department and provides administrative and organization support primarily for our investor relations function and our company executives. Key to this role is supporting investor relationships, regulatory compliance requirements, business planning, external partnerships, and new projects. Help us further refine and build structure to increase the efficiency of our administrative support systems supporting our investors, stakeholders and our business.
This position is in office 5 days a week and not offered Remote or hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Event Coordination & Scheduling
- Scheduling investor conference attendance, US and international roadshows, and one-on-one meetings
- Key institutional investor CRM tracking and management
- Booking travel and preparing itineraries for IR and Finance executives
- Help coordinate logistics for quarterly earnings calls and Annual General Meetings
- Prepare and distribute IR meeting materials, scripts, updated presentation decks or Q&A documents.
Database, Document & Contact Management
- Managing the investor contact database (CRM) — tracking institutional investors, analysts, and key shareholders
- Maintain a central archive of important IR records and compliance documents.
- Assist with coordination and administration of our internal employee stock option plan.
Administration Communication Support
- Assist in coordinating distribution of press releases, financial results.
- Assist in process to respond, prioritize, and track investor inquiries.
- Manage communications with transfer agent and other services providers.
- Keep up to date records of institutional shareholder engagement history.
- Updating contact lists and emailing groups for investor communications
Monitoring & Reporting Tools
- Pulling and updating shareholder analysis reports via our software tools
- Assist in the monitoring of our stock performance and peer benchmarking.
- Updating in tracking IR dashboards and performance tracking templates
- Assist in management of IR vendor payments and budgets.
Compliance & Filing Support
- Assist with regulatory filings preparation and timelines management.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure timely disclosures.
- Work with finance and legal teams supporting filings preparation.
- Tracking quiet periods and blackout periods to enforce communication policies
- Project management of timeline management of earnings and annual reports
Corporate Development Projects & Partnerships
- Assist in managing of special projects related to new business area planning.
- Support company executives in internal project management, coordination, and execution of projects.
- Support company partnerships with industry associations and government affairs programs and stakeholders regarding communications and updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role supporting a corporate development or an investor relations function for a publicly listed company.
- Post secondary education such as a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong administration, organizational and analytical skills
- Diplomatic communications and writing skills, and comfortable using AI tools
- Curiosity about drones/robotics and capital markets; willingness to deepen knowledge.
