About the Role:
We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to support the design, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing solutions. This role focuses on building templates, configuring Data Extensions, implementing API integrations, and supporting Sender Authentication Package (SAP) setup and IP warming.
You will work closely with marketing and engineering teams to support multi-banner retailer operations and deliver personalized customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize email, SMS, and push templates using Content Builder, AMP script, HTML / CSS.
- Develop and manage Data Extensions, segmentation logic, and relational data models.
- Implement SFMC REST API integrations (Transactional Messaging API, Content Builder API, Send Definition API).
- Support Sender Authentication Package setup (domain authentication, DKIM/SPF, link branding).
- Assist with IP warming execution and deliverability best practices.
- Execute and troubleshoot automations, journeys, and campaign builds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
- Strong proficiency in AMP script, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Content Builder.
- Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with Java or open-source server-side API development.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to other marketing automation platforms (Braze, Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Iterable, Acoustic).
- Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-banner marketing operations.
- Basic cloud platform knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure).
