Job Description
Affiliate Specialist – iGaming Industry Responsibilities:Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and revenueIdentify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates (including blackhat sources)Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROIMaintain strong relationships with affiliates and provide ongoing supportAnalyze data, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing (iGaming preferred)Strong network in blackhat / affiliate channels is a plusSolid understanding of traffic sources, conversion, and ROI optimizationProactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and negotiation skills
