Position OverviewThe Aftersales Intern will support the Regional Aftersales Manager and the Service Engineer in managing both business and technical aftersales activities across South East Asia and India. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the coordination and execution of regional aftersales operationsAssist in monitoring and reporting key KPIs (Sell-Out, Retention, Warranty, Car Parc, etc.)Contribute to dealer performance tracking and target setting activitiesSupport Job Order monitoring and operational follow-up with dealersAssist in customer satisfaction and loyalty monitoringSupport spare parts management and coordination with HQAssist in backorder tracking and parts availability monitoringSupport aftersales initiatives, projects and regional events in coordination with Marketing, Sales and CommunicationContribute to activities related to Ferrari Challenge, Corse Clienti and ClassicheSupport warranty inquiries and monitoringAssist in ASM approvals (parts and operations), ensuring Service Engineer visibilitySupport MODIS account approvals and disposal certificationsAssist in control processes for modified, counterfeit and stolen vehiclesContribute to new aftersales projects and continuous improvement initiativesSupport technical activities together with the Service EngineerAssist in training tracking and academy processes (monitoring, KPI follow-up)Support BEV standards and HVB recycling process activities Requirements:Majored in engineering backgroundGood communication skills
