Position: SWE/LLM Superuser Type: Contract Compensation: $42/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Evaluate and improve AI model outputs in complex software engineering tasks.

Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques, including chain-of-thought and few-shot methods. Build and optimize agentic systems with tool-calling loops and multi-step reasoning pipelines. Manage context effectively using RAG , chunking, and vector search to prevent degradation.

Critically assess model outputs, identifying hallucinations and subtle failures. Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years professional software engineering experience.

Strong proficiency in at least two languages ( Python , TypeScript , Go , Rust , etc.). Comfortable with APIs , databases, cloud infrastructure, and application logic. Expert command of prompt engineering and context management .
