With global teams across Europe, the US and Asia, they are now expanding their Applied AI Engineering group in Singapore, hiring engineers who can help organisations integrate cutting-edge AI technology directly into their products and workflows.

About The RoleAs an Applied AI Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of software engineering, AI deployment, and customer collaboration, helping organisations design and build production systems powered by state-of-the-art AI models.

You’ll partner with customers across multiple industries, working from early architecture design through to production deployment, ensuring AI systems integrate seamlessly into real-world products and workflows.

This role combines full-stack software engineering with AI system integration, and is ideal for engineers who enjoy building real products, solving complex technical challenges, and working closely with customers and technical leaders.

What You’ll DoBuild AI-powered applications: Design and develop full-stack systems that integrate generative AI models into real-world products.Collaborate with customers: Work closely with engineers and technical leaders to design solutions and support AI adoption across their products.Develop production systems: Build scalable back-end services, APIs, and front-end interfaces that enable AI capabilities within customer applications.Bridge product, research, and deployment: Collaborate with research and product teams to integrate new model capabilities into practical production environments.Shape the future of AI products: Provide feedback from real-world deployments to help improve AI models, tools, and developer workflows.

What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience as a software engineer working on modern web or backend systemsStrong coding ability in Python and TypeScriptExperience building full-stack applications using frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similarExperience working with backend systems and APIs (Node.js or similar)Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and system designExperience building and shipping production software used by real usersStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
