Job Description
We are looking for a curious, applied NLP researcher to join our company and push the frontiers of enterprise AI further.
This is not going to be just another research role. We will need you to be flexible with your job scope, which includes working closely with our engineers to bring research into production, contributing to product and research direction alongside management, raising the research bar across the team, and then some.
As we are pushing the frontiers, the direction and execution clarity are often vague, iterative, and less structured. If you thrive in a place where autonomy given is high, and are able to translate broad visions to concrete steps, this is for you.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)2+ years of relevant work experience

What You’ll Do1. NLP Research for Regulated DomainsDesign and run experiments on LLM behaviour in compliance, claims, risk, onboarding and moreDeploy domain-tuned RAG, fine-tuned models, and secure NLP pipelinesWrite and publish papers to reputable conferences or journals
- Evaluation & BenchmarkingBuild internal evaluation suites to measure model accuracy, groundedness, and robustnessDefine metrics that matter in regulated settings — beyond perplexity and BLEURun systematic ablations and report findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Client CollaborationSit alongside business, compliance, and tech teams inside the clientShape requirements, validate assumptions, and ship iteratively
- Stay Connected with Pints AI's Engineering TeamShare research findings and prototypes with engineers for productionisationContribute to internal tools and open-source libraries between client delivery cycles
