Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Architect with 2-3 years of experience in the construction field to join our team at Desai Homes in Ernakulam. This is an on-site role focused on creating innovative designs, coordinating with consultants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting project execution. The Architect will handle design concepts, client interactions, site monitoring, and quality control to deliver projects on time and to our high standards.

Daily tasks include developing layouts and drawings, attending meetings, conducting site visits, and resolving issues. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch).2-3 years' experience in the construction field.Proficiency in creating designs, concepts, layouts, working drawings, and construction documents.Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants.Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.Ability to attend client meetings, incorporate feedback, conduct site visits, monitor quality, and resolve design issues.Skills in preparing presentations, specifications, and supporting permits/approvals while meeting deadlines.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities.Familiarity with architectural software tools is a plus.We offer the best salary in the industry, commensurate with experience.
