Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Manager based in Gujarat, India. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth within the assigned region by managing sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing the performance of the sales team. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring market trends, developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role requires effective team leadership and collaboration with cross-functional departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Sales management and business development experience, with the ability to set and achieve sales targetsStrong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding sales teamsExcellent communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining client relationshipsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze market trends and implement effective strategiesExperience working in the region of Gujarat, India, will be considered an advantageProficiency in relevant software tools and a strong understanding of the industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plusProven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively
