Position: Area Sales Manager - Medical Simulators
Location: Karnataka, Telangana or Tamilnadu (frequent travel required)
Salary: 56 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute zonal sales strategy aligned with national goals.
Lead, manage, and mentor a regional sales team.
Generate business in medical education (medical colleges, institutions, etc.).
Own the sales cycle: lead gen closure CRM updates.
Build partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare/education industry.
Represent the company at medical trade events and conferences.
Collaborate with national sales head, marketing, and support teams.
Experience & Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Sales + relevant Bachelor's degree (science/engineering/medical preferred).
Experience:
o4+ years in capex medical/healthcare equipment sales.
oProven 50100 crore sales annually for the last 2 years.
oLeadership in managing high-performance sales teams.
Skills:
oStrong medical/educational network in the region.
oExcellent verbal and written communication.
oCRM proficiency, analytical skills, and adaptability.
Preferred Background:
MD, MBBS, BDS, nursing, physiotherapy, science grads, or biomedical engineers.
