Core Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and visual direction for Beauty campaigns and launches.

• Oversee art direction for photography, video, print and digital executions.

• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.

• Maintain and evolve the Beauty visual identity across seasonal and evergreen initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in art direction within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development and premium product storytelling.

• Experience leading both still-life and on-figure photo shoots and working closely with photographers and stylists.

• Deep understanding of Beauty category trends and consumer behavior.

• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
