ArtCAM 3D CNC Designer (Woodworking & Interiors)

We are looking for a skilled CNC Designer to join our production team. You will be responsible for creating intricate 3D carvings and precise technical layouts that bring our wood projects to life. Key Responsibilities• Design & Modeling: Create detailed 3D relief carvings and decorative elements using ArtCAM.• Technical Drafting: Prepare 2D CNC drawings, furniture surface development AutoCAD.• Toolpath Generation: Develop efficient CNC toolpaths, selecting appropriate cutters and feed rates to ensure high-quality finishes and minimal waste.• Collaboration: Work closely with the production floor and architects to troubleshoot design feasibility and optimize material usage.• Quality Control: Review digital files for accuracy before they hit the machine to ensure 100% precision.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in ArtCAM (3D Modeling/Reliefs) and AutoCAD 2D.• Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the wood industry, cabinetry, or architectural millwork.• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of wood species, CNC router operations, and tooling.• Attention to Detail: An eye for aesthetics combined with the mathematical precision required for joinery.
