Job Description
To ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of insurance claims while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Principal Accountabilities: Review and verify Personal Accident claim documents for completeness and accuracy.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.Manage daily inward/outward documentation, update records in Excel, and ensure accurate tracking.Handle claim documentation including scanning, deficiency communication with client, and client follow-ups for pending documents.Maintain proper file storage, MIS records, and verify documents against established checklists.Process fresh claim intimations daily, prepare related files, and forward data to the insurance company for timely claim registration Requirements & Skills: (Qualifications & experience)Qualifications: Graduate degree in Commerce, or related field.Experience: 5-6 years of experience in insurance claim processing or customer service.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office and claim management systems
