Job Description
Designation - Assistant Director Finance & Accounts, Compliance & TaxationReporting to - Campus Director and Chairman
Our ideal candidate will have the following past experience, skills and expertise areas:-
- Organizational & Leadership Scale
Company Turnover: Must have experience in organizations with a turnover of 200-300 Crores.Leadership Tenure: Minimum 5-8 years of experience specifically in a Manager or HOD capacity.
- Statutory & Tax Compliance (Core Competency)
Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience (not just oversight) in:
Taxation: GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and Company Tax.Government Liaisoning: Proven track record of interacting with and managing government officials directly.Land Acquisition: Direct experience in the financial and legal complexities of land acquisition.
- Regulatory & Labour Law Knowledge
Labour Compliance: Strong knowledge of the Shops & Establishment Act (specifically Finance-related aspects like Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, etc.).
The ideal candidate will be open to be leave and become Education Sector Ready: A strong willingness to learn and implement sector-specific regulations including AICTE, NBA, AMBA, and NIRF.
MANDATORY - FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND TAMIL LANGUAGE
