Assistant General Manager -
Front of House Management candidates must have 2 - 3 years bartending and/or serving experience, in addition to the following:

- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- An ability to lead, train, and motivate staff, with a focus on food & beverage and service standards
- 4+ years experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience with Toast
- Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Experience with live music, Dj, and nightclub production a plus
- ServSafe and RAMP certification preferred
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Experience with Microsoft Office- Excel, Word
- Experience Preferred with Adobe Suite- Illustrator, Photoshop

- Willing to work closing shifts 

Join Philadelphia's most eclectic, exciting and vibrant restaurant group. Work directly with the GM, Venue Directors, and Booking Agents in operating one of Philadelphias premier nightlife destinations. 

Build on an already vibrant venue by working directly with the chef and general manager to create a welcoming dining and drinking destination. Help train FOH staff on steps of service and work to promote the menu and the dining experience at Franky Bradley's and B. West Pub.

Potential hires must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and an ability to see and solve problems as they arise, as well as be willing to step up and help on the floor during service when needed.
