Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our growing team!

Giulietta is a sunny, casual all-day Italian restaurant with over 275 indoor seats and 100 seats outside. Inspired by relaxed summers on the Mediterranean, the restaurant will have something for everyone, offering the business people, tourists and residents of Midtown a transporting oasis in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Grand Central. The seasonal outdoor Aperitivo bar and garden with seating for over 150 guests, serving a variety of aperitivo based cocktails, frozen drinks, pizza and small bites. 

Giulietta is a part of La Pecora Bianca, the fastest growing Italian restaurant group in NYC with 8 restaurants currently under operation in Manhattan and three exciting new projects to open in 2026.

HIGH LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY

• This position will be responsible for tasks including scheduling, beverage purchasing & inventory, daily financial reporting & management, hiring and training of all line level positions, managing and driving service standards at high volume, and developing guest relations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds
• Certification in NYC Food Protection License required
