Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to ensure goals are met while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Act as the restaurant’s leader in the absence of the General Manager.
