Assistant General Manager

We're Hiring AGM / DGM - Human Resources Location: Khurja, Bulandshahr (Manufacturing Plant) Budget : Upto 14 LPA

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AGM / DGM - HR to lead our Human Resources function at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to plant HR operations and a strategic mindset to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end HR operations at the plantManage Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & RetentionHandle IR (Industrial Relations) & compliance with labor lawsDrive performance management and organizational development initiativesEnsure smooth HR processes, policies, and statutory complianceCollaborate with leadership for workforce planning and strategy Requirements:Proven experience in HR leadership roles (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG)Strong knowledge of labor laws, IR & plant HR practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, plant-driven environment
