Assistant General Manager
Rosie's
Job Description
Rosie’s, a lively East Village favorite, is looking for a passionate ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER to join our hospitality team!
Rosie’s offers elevated takes on traditional Mexican dishes and margaritas in a hip, bustling atmosphere. On our corner in the East Village, Chef Marc Meyer brings his thoughtful approach to the bold, complex flavors of Mexico — a cuisine he has long admired and explored extensively. From grinding fresh masa to cooking on a comal, Rosie’s celebrates time-honored techniques while keeping the food bright, approachable, and full of energy.
Our hospitality team works alongside the kitchen to deliver an experience where vibrant flavors are matched by attentive, warm, and energetic service.
Rosie’s is part of The Bowery Group (Cookshop, Shuka, Shukette, Vic’s), a group of restaurants recognized with accolades including James Beard nominations, New York Times “Top 10 New Restaurants of 2021,” and numerous features in leading publications. Across our group, we are committed to supporting small farms, highlighting seasonal produce, and bringing guests honest, respectfully produced cuisine at peak freshness.
If you’re excited about vibrant flavors, traditional techniques, and creating memorable guest experiences in one of the East Village’s most spirited dining rooms, we’d love to welcome you to the Rosie’s team.
