We are currently seeking a Manager who is passionate for the industry & looking to grow within our company.
Job requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fine dining
- A thorough understanding of service standards
- An open, supportive, and collaborative approach to mentorship
- A drive to maintain consistently high standards for both sevice and product
- Experience managing POS back-end, Toast preferred
- Extensive knowledge of OpenTable
- Experience with staff management (scheduling, onboarding, training, coaching)
- Able to work with wine director and house mixologist, both recognized as leaders in the industry
- Foundational knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Able to work evening service shifts, weekends and holidays when required
