Job Description
Sous Sous, a new French American concept is coming to Silverlake late summer / early fall.
We are currently hiring an AGM, as well as two FOH managers.
This is a project connected to a boutique hotel, and will serve a cafe style breakfast, lunch, and then dinner. The concept translates to "under under" with inspirations from Nice, Marseille, Charleston, and New Orleans coming together in an elevated atmosphere.
We are hoping to meet qualified applicants ready to bring their talents and love for French and American cuisine to life in Silver Lake. Experience in an elevated dining concept is required.
