Job Description
Responsibilities Maintain excellence in teaching and Learning with a 0.5 (FTE) teaching commitment Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning through data analysis, observations, pupil outcomes and professional dialogue. Line‑manage teachers and support staff, ensuring consistency of practice and high expectations.
