What You Will Bring to Our Team: * An energetic leadership style with a passion for hospitality and service * Minimum of (1) years of similar work experience having managed a restaurant and bar * Experience with beverage program curation, execution, and maintenance * Well-versed knowledge of the latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine * A team-oriented attitude with an aptitude for staff training and development * Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling, cost controls, inventory, and payroll * A flexible approach

What we expect from you: * Lead daily operations with intention, setting the tone for engaged, high-energy floor service * Maintain and develop service/operation standards * Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members * Lead weekly manager and daily pre-shift meetings to drive goals and provide staff with ongoing education and training * Scheduling, ordering, inventory, cash management, sales reporting * Prioritize health and safety operations * Generate new revenue through brand promotion and events
