We value experience in NYC restaurant management (2 years minimum please), as well as dedication to and love for the hospitality industry, good organizational skills, good communication with clients, hospitable, personable, hard working. People skills essential; team player and team leader absolutely, plus competence with restaurant related technology and operations.
