Bottino, 20 years old and going strong in dynamic West Chelsea, is looking for energetic, personable, bright individual with natural leadership charisma and organizational skills to assist in various aspects of our restaurant management -- including event booking and management, inventory control, and a ssisting in myriad projects and opportunities to help grow our business and their own experience! We value experience in NYC restaurant management (2 years minimum please), as well as dedication to and love for the hospitality industry, good organizational skills, good communication with clients, hospitable, personable, hard working. People skills essential; team player and team leader absolutely, plus competence with restaurant related technology and operations.
