Sojourn Social is seeking a driven and hospitality focused Manager to join our team. We are an energetic, high-volume restaurant dedicated to exceptional service, elevated food & beverage, and a vibrant guest experience.

• Experience with beverage program curation, execution, and maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of current trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine

• A flexible, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with intention setting the tone for high-energy, engaged floor service
• Work with GM to achieve operational goals
• Maintain and continuously improve service and operational standards
• Oversee:
  • Staff scheduling
  • Ordering & inventory management
  • Cash handling & controls
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and NYC compliance standards
• Drive team accountability while fostering a positive and professional work environment
