Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Own and execute end-to-end hiring strategy across corporate, technical, R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, and leadership roles • Partner with business leaders across multiple business verticals to align hiring plans with growth, productivity, and succession requirements High-Volume & Specialized Hiring • Lead large-scale hiring initiatives • Manage technical, research, quality, EHS, R&D, analytics, HR, finance, and Campus hiring • Deliver senior leadership hiring for critical roles across Technical, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, HR, Planning, Quality, EHS, Culinary, and R&D functions Campus Hiring & Early Careers • Design and execute campus hiring strategy across engineering colleges, research institutes, and Tier-II Campuses • Build long-term campus relationships and future talent pipelines • Lead end-to-end management of Management Trainees and Technical Trainees hiring, onboarding, and early career development Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) • Develop and implement structured DEI hiring strategies, including gender diversity goals • Drive PWD hiring initiatives by partnering with external agencies and institutions • Track, report, and improve diversity metrics across hiring funnels Recruitment Operations & Analytics • Establish robust recruitment dashboards and analytics (weekly, monthly, annual) for leadership reviews • Track key recruitment KPIs - time-to-hire, cost-to-hire, source effectiveness, diversity ratios, and offer conversions • Continuously improve recruiting processes through data-driven insights HR Systems & Digital Enablement • Streamline and manage recruitment through HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Zoho, Crosswind)• Integrate assessment tools for candidate evaluation for Campus (e.g., Mettl Assessments) Cost Optimization & Vendor Management • Drive cost-efficient hiring strategies by reducing external consultant dependency • Build and manage alternate sourcing channels (referrals, internal mobility, campus, social recruiting) • Deliver measurable cost savings in recruitment and replacement costs Team Leadership & Capability Building • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team • Set clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for team members • Foster a culture of ownership, speed, quality, and candidate experience
