Job Description
ResponsibilitiesTeach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in logistics, supply chain management, business analytics, and operations.Develop and maintain an active research agenda leading to publications in peer-reviewed journals.Mentor and advise students, including supervision of theses, applied projects, and research activities.Engage in service activities at the departmental, college, and university levels.Collaborate with industry and community partners to foster experiential and project-based learning.Actively pursue external research funding and contribute to institutional research goals.QualificationsRequired:Ph.D. or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a closely related field (completed by start date).Evidence of research potential and scholarly productivity.Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and the ability to engage diverse student populations.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred:Experience teaching in multiple management areas such as strategy, project management, or business analytics.Record of published research or strong potential for high-quality scholarship.Experience integrating technology, sustainability, or digital tools into supply chain education (e.g., ERP, blockchain, IoT, or data analytics).Experience with cross-sector or international collaboration.
