Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
- Graduates with a passion for strategy ,relationship management and business development.
- 2 years of experience of working in Sales or business development with a luxury brand .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strategic mindset with an ability to analyse markets and identify opportunities.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Customer Acquisition
- Generate leads and execute new customer acquisition initiatives in India
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high value clients, alliances and partners in India
- Contribute towards achievement of revenue budgets allocated to key markets in India.
- Develop Strategies to enhance business from repeat clients.
- Assist the Director of Sales with competition-set data and business reports focussing on comparable wellness retreats in India and overseas.
Brand Outreach:
- Identify opportunities for wellness residencies, retreats, and events in India.
- Assist in planning and executing these initiatives from concept to fulfilment.
