Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for an Assistant Sales Manager at MoneyTree Realty. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, monitoring market trends, conducting presentations, and closing deals.
Additionally, the role involves ensuring team compliance with company policies and providing training to improve team efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with property portfolios, market trends, and real estate regulations, preferably with hands-on experience in real estate sales.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to meet sales targets.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with excellent presentation and client interaction skills.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of achieving sales targets and developing effective outreach strategies.
- Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. 2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in real estate, is desirable.
- Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics software, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site in Noida and travel to meet clients as necessary.
